Kitchen garden and orchard

The manor garden was a role model in the late 1800s when horticulture was a growing trend in Sweden. Each manor house with self-respect would be self-sufficient both for everyday life and special occasions.

In 2002, after an extensive restoration, the reconstructed kitchen garden and orchard at Huseby opened. Today, our garden is cultivated with both historical features and new approaches to inspire our visitors to an increased interest in gardening.
